HELP! what if i forgot a W2 in my tax return?

Question by OH MY GOD! ITS KRISTY: HELP! what if i forgot a W2 in my tax return?
ok, so i asked this earlier and got no where…heres my question in better terms:)

ok, so i worked at a place for about a month. My husband is the provider so we filed his W2 and we filed, married-filing jointly. we also have one dependent, our son.About a week or so later, my W2 arrived in the mail. we received our tax return already via direct deposit.so that means i i didnt add that w2 to our original tax return. i actually forgot about it. anyways,i called the IRS. they said that i might owe????? They said i need to fill out a 1040X( an amendment)???ok, i read the back of my W2 and says, “NOTICE TO EMPLOYEE:Refund.Even if you do not have to file a tax return, you should file to get a refund if box 2 shows federal income tax withheld or if you can take the earned income credit.

ok, so i looked in box 2, it says 0.00. and the rest says, wages tips, other compensation, 1323.15. Medicare tax with held, 19.19. SS tax with held, 82.03.

so do i owe or something??? will i get in trouble if i do not do the 1040X???
will they send me a letter in the mail??
no that didnt help..can someone please help
ok, what? so all i got out of that was i should do the amendment and avoid penalties later?
what? thats crazy!!!!
ok, so went to print out the 1040x form…i read it and i cant understand it? how the heck do you fill it out??? oh my god im panicking!!!

You need to file an amended return (Form 1040X) to include ALL your income/W-2s. The IRS is correct.
